Chapter 13 is finally here!

I had problems with my system crashing several times every day which was starting to impact my ability to focus on DESCEND. Luckily I seem to have the problem sorted out now, at least my PC hasn't crashed since then. I have the OS on fairly small SSD and apparently there wasn't enough free storage space. SAI2 creates recovery files and with DESCEND they end up pretty large which started rapidly eating the available space. I got rid of those and things are working again.

Unfortunately I had to reduce the size of the upload because I reached deviantART limitations, but that's better than no DESCEND at all is it not...?
