No longer have the original source since it was deleted, I saved it from twitter, but if you reverse search it then it still shows the url to a pixiv upload https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/100251200 even though that's deleted now too.

I talked with @VR-Man and he was fine with me removing the guro tag.
