So the girl with headphones is Sheila during the Click Click Hollow Reporter mini event. During the event, she asks Phaeton to help her Smart AI Camera, Mr Click, which she got as a birthday from her father, to take photos of your Agents fighting in the Hollows as the Camera loves action scenes and won't be an ordinary camera until it gets it's pictures. To add more hilarity, the camera uses the same voice as Sheila's dad.
So basically Mr Click(Dad) is angry that Snap is taking upskirt pictures of Sheila(daughter).
