It was just another night at the Scarlet Devil mansion library, and Patchouli Knowledge as well as her assistant Koakuma were doing some late night reading. As they were getting through their backlog of books, they noticed some strange, unfamiliar books tucked away. When they took a closer look, they discovered that the books were about bondage, and it greatly piqued their interest. They decided to ask Mistress Remilia for help, and she was more than happy to help accomadate them (hey, a vampire has to find some wayto keep themself entertained over centuries).
After Remilia took them back to the library, she laced on tight armbinders for both Patchouli and Koakuma, and tied around rope so the two were restrained together. The librarian and the little devil felt a little bit flustered, but happy that they were tied up together. Patchouli yawned since it was very late night now, which gave Remilia the idea to put a purple blindfold on Patchouli, and to gag Koakuma so she won't disturb the sleepy girl before setting off and leaving them to their own devices.
