I don't know about that. If one of the girls got a really haxxed power like Homura's time stop they might have been able to do something. Your wishes tend to be reflected in your powerset, so it's possible Homura could have tricked at least some of the girls into making wishes that would grant them tremendous firepower or other useful support abilities.

It'd still be one hell of an uphill battle, but it's possible.
