Actually, there have been incarnations which looked similar to this one. So, at the very least, it could be said that the artist may have based this girl off of her.

these are two characters from Jim Hines' Princess novels. Talia (Sleeping Beauty) has a canon attraction to Snow (White), but this is way better than anything that happened in the books. artist is rubendevela on deviantart.
