Backstory: Ced and Plumeria debuted in Heroes the same month, appearing on the same map in the Main Story. Years later, Ascended Ced and Rearmed Plumeria debuted on the same banner, with similar new upgraded artsyles. Naturally, that caused a few people to jokingly(?) ship them.
