It's meant to go along with part of a story on the source site. If I remember correctly, the story is about a brother and sister who somehow have the power to change the other's gender; in this part, the sister decides to turn the brother into a girl she sees in a bridal catalog or something.

please note the tacky early eighties princess cut sleaves and the gody amounts of frilly lace on the bodice. i doubt they have cell phones with cameras on them, maybe in a couple of decades though.
