If we go by the child post featuring the V Sisters' dam, I'm going with Deus knowing that a generified version of Deus played a role in Chevacchi's story.

Oh right, Shine Praise/Admire Deus, Chevacchi's childhood friend both Uma and IRL. Looks quite similar too, and even has the ear scrunchie and big forehead. Thanks for pointing it out.

Though... now not sure whether it's intended to be OC Admire Deus or the mob uma Shine Praise given longer hair and a new costume signifying her career post Aussie transfer. Author does say "...Named Sub-Character Proposal" though, so likely OC? Eh, going with that interpretation for now.
