Wouldn't most AI have rather illegible text? Eyelashes or eyebrows over the hair is a common enough aesthetic choice for artists that it would not be a indicator of AI imho.
edit: In regards to her "eyebrows," I think the issue you're pointing out her eyelashes which is probably just a layering mistake in this specific situation and likely also meant the eye to cover up her lock of hair as well.

1. Freng is a known and long-time illustrator. 2. The misspelling can be explained by the romanization of the katakana for milk (even though Freng is Korean iirc). The letters are well defined and outlined anyways which AI can't do (yet?). 3. Eyes, brows, and lashes visible over hair bangs is not an uncommon stylistic choice. I usually prefer the opposite but Freng makes it work well.
There are a lot of other common AI issues you glean from "experience" you should be looking for instead if you want to witch-hunt for AI (Which you shouldn't do anyways unless you have the knowledge and some very convincing arguments. You insult many an artist otherwise, which often happens on the blue bird website)
