A touhou anything tagged with "hat"? Aren't the two words synonymous?

There are some pics of Touhou characters without hats/with their hair down/etc.

Well, yeah, but wouldn't it make more sense to add a "de-hatted" tag to those?

The tag is called no_hat.

Right, but the point is that for touhous, the standard is HAT, so there's no reason to have a hat tag when there's a Touhou tag, unless it's a normally hatless Touhou that's suddenly been hatted.
