Well, given she's not a human, she doesn't need to follow human physiology that closely.
If anything, the lack of a buttcrack (plus perineum, but most artists won't add that anyways) would be a more glaring issue. That, and the bad anatomy of this picture in general.
- Man's left hand doesn't have the correct 'volume' and appears to phase through Aris' upper arm.
- Man's right hand wrist phases through Aris' butt and is really poorly drawn.

I do know this 'artist' focuses on the girl and the guy looks really copypasted from one piece to another, but this one picture really looks lazy even compared to previous ones.
