A typical way to spot it is to look for "noise," especially in the background. For instance, see the chairs in the background? The ones to the right of her are shaped mostly properly and make sense, but the ones to the left of her are jumbled, and their lines make less sense. AI imagery tends to have a lot of fudged details like this, especially if whoever generated it didn't notice and/or take the time to touch up any flaws left behind in the finished product.
