There's a pun behind the names. Kyubee is T66600009 and Kyu is Japanese for 9. Jyuubee is T66600010 and Jyuu is Japanese for 10.

I don't really know when is this doujin being written so I don't know, but Kazumi Magica was released in January and this pic was posted in April so....I don't know if this should be pooled in hilarious in hindsight. We don't even know if the artist read Kazumi Magica by the time he wrote this.

Well, in the TV Tropes page for this comic the Hilarious in Hindsight trope was there for that reason. Perhaps it should go into the pool.
