This has to be either 42nd Street—Times Square or South Ferry/Whitehall Street as those are the only two stations that have R, W, and 1 service. It's most likely the former, but I haven't been to the Times Square station in a long while and I've never been to the Whitehall Street station (and I can't check right now)

It's definitely South Ferry/Whitehall. Times Square has N/Q/R/W and 1/2/3 as groups, you'd never see the specific combination of only R/W/1 there but you'd find it on multiple signs at South Ferry.

EDIT: Pixiv comment suggests the Dey Street Passageway, which it does look a lot like, but all the signs there are R/W/E/1. Could just be an error/older signage, though.
