Didn't take a week for Dish to break his promise of forever abandoning AL. Not like anyone believed him in the first place.
2 point's were far to "Illusive" for you to pick up on clearly: 1. DISH quit working for azur lane as an artist paided/working for/with them for future official characters, skins, and "official" tagged arts.
2. he never said anything about not continuing to creating their own fan artworks of azur lane characters they want to draw including but not limted to the characters they did make, in which azur lane is also allowed to use the character(s) DISH made artworks for and have other artists try making new skins for them (like Atago's Halloween one or the many different artists for different Taihous) while DISH is free to continue making art of said characters be it their creation or not.
extra: idk if dish had a hand in shinano's skins and design or not but I do know the og artist for all things shinano is tagged as soaryuna, i don't recall anything regarding the characters DISH made having shinano on that list.
