many works dipict Meiling as a motherly/sisterly character and with Flan's lack of parental figures in canon, it makes sense in a way that meiling would become a motherly figure to her.

Let's hope Flandre wasn't the one who made those chocolates.

I blame/praise Remilia's bad influence on Flan. Her sister is always sexing up the head maid, so Flan wanted to try it out, too.
