I'm expecting Doremy Sweet (as tapirs are suine resemble pigs (actually checking their taxonomy they are in entirely different orders; the resemblance is just visual; bah)), if ZUN doesn't introduce a pig character before then lol

I think ox is the only one not yet represented by a Touhou (Shou is technically a tiger). Actually our wiki says cows are female oxen and we have Urumi, so yeah I guess we have a Touhou for every year now that Son Biten was added (barring the technicality about whether tapirs are *actually* pigs or not).
