Pffft! The new edition was basically made for mooks to overpower stronger enemies with sheer numbers and morale checks only apply when using specific abilities. I'm sure it only has like 80 hit points and isn't immune to piercing attacks, so just scatter to minimize AoE deaths, and plink it to death with 1d8+Dex damage with longbows. A couple dozen hits, and it'll be resource-harvesting time!
