Yes, she could've had a magical, flaming horse, instead of that ridiculous out of place motorcycle, which feels way slower than I thought it would be.
Between Chasca's flying gun, Xilonen's rollerblades, and whatever the hell else is on the table with the secret source technology, I don't think a flaming horse would fit Natlan
Implying that flying gun, rollerblades, and Kachina's giant Bayblade weren't a problem either.
Mualani's surf board is more believable. Citlali's flying bodypillow is very goofy, but I think it's fine.
Kinich has a different, worse problem - while his movement mechanic is very similar to the things from Sumeru, his entire visual design isn't fitting the setting and should've been scrapped.
Ororon is a-okay. And goodness knows what Iansan will have.

Iansan got naruto running planned. And yes, this wasn't a joke. Her tribe's animal was something like thick-wooled yak, and the movement gimmick was 'teleportation'.
If Snezhnaya is gonna have tech level on par with with what we see in Zenless Zone Zero, and aesthetics that fit more with Star Rail, you will say it's fine if they write lore to justify for it?
The whole problem with Natlan is that it's built on bullshit tech, far more bullshit than Khaenri'an, Deshret, or Fontainian, which was already a big stretch, making Natlan butt against our world's tech level (circa 1990's). It doesn't fit the setting at all.

You say "Setting" as if Genshin's tech was consistent in the first place.
Ruin Guards have guided missiles, combat Ai more advanced than anything we have today. Ruin Graders and Ruin Drakes have energy weapons as a regular offensive tool. Much of Fontaine's waterpunk tech has more advanced AI than even the best tech corporations we have as of today. Natlan butting against our world's tech level is the *least* of your problems if you are getting all uppity about it. Read the tech lore, it actually makes sense of what is happening on the tech tree.
