Visible areolae are sufficient for Q. You can even just barely see the very top of the nipple, though probably not to the degree where it would count as a nipple slip.

That one is also Q because it also has an areola slip (which I just told you is enough for a Q rating on its own). The gratuitous sweat on her breasts doesn't help.
