はじめは長屋に顔を出す程度だったのが、
やがて留守を預かるようになって……
近頃は、顔を出す面々に料理を教えることも増えた。

兄の帰りは変わらず遅いが、
甘味に舌鼓を打つ間―――皆で、しばしの休息。

At first, I would just drop by the row house occasionally, but soon I was tasked to look after the place during their absence. And lately, I've had more opportunities to teach the lot how to cook whenever they stop by. Big Brother comes home late as usual, but it's time for a bit of a break for me as I savor the sweets.
