I’m not sure what you mean? Enikk sentenced her to obey the commander under threat of Nikke conversion, which is apparently the worst fate imaginable from Syuen’s perspective.
And yes, I’m aware that Enikk can’t actually follow through on that threat without compromising the Ark’s safety, but Syuen doesn’t know that.
