So that would make Rumia as darkness (coming of night), Cirno is the last season (Winter), Lily White is the first season (Spring), not sure about the 3 mischievous fairies Star Luna and Sunny. I've also seen that Yuuka is a fairy as well so she would be the second season (Summer). But what would that make Daiyousei?

Some people call her the fairy of miasma, the fairy of the plague and other such... shall we say, 'unfortunate' powers. Bad Powers Good People or something. It's a convenient reason for her to never use her abilities, and knowing the extent of her powers, she tries to rein in the other fairies when they go overboard.

No one really knows. ZUN states that she's a greater fairy which has powers that are stronger than a regular fairy but weaker than humans(and is considered to be an exception amongst the fairies besides Cirno). Also, Daiyousei isn't her real name though ZUN does call her that though. Still, according to ZUN, all fairies are bound by nature and in the Fairy Wars game, she is seen holding a bouquet of flowers so perhaps she is a flower fairy. That said, she was also one of the few fairies who were not turned into stone cherries by Okina's powers(and Okina was drained the life force of fairies by taking their nature/elemental powers. Some like the Three Fairies of light could not be drained as their power comes from light while Cirno's came from ice and manipulation of cold so she couldn't take that either). This means that her power doesn't come from something like bugs, flowers, or a season. Also, she is often shown accompanying other fairies like Cirno and Lily White(fairy wars) and is sometimes associated with the sunflower fairies. My first guess is that she is a fairy of life as she wasn't affected by Okina's power drain(if Okina did drain life power, she could've potentially killed humans and other life forms). My second guess is that she is the embodiment of fairy nature herself as she is often times shown with fairies that are known for actively using their powers (like Lily White and Cirno).
