Pronounced as "zezehihi"... what's right is right, what's wrong is wrong. To passionately support good things while stauchly opposing bad things, and to maintain a fair and impartial attitude regardless of personal interests and positions.

T/n: the "サボタージュ/sabotaajuu" in the drawing specifically refers to workplace sabotage, aka intentionally reducing the productivity/efficiency of their assigned duties. Basically, Komachi's constant slacking off was judged as an intentional act of defiance instead of incompetence.
