It's not random. If you look at the artist's site, you'll see that the posts are organised into subsections grouped by the characters involved; additions to the pool here are ordered to keep those together.
The only things "missing" are the expanded doujin versions of the various sub-stories, but those aren't posted on the web anyway. Maybe Voile has them, I haven't looked.
To buy them: the artist sells through Toranoana and MelonBooks (links for the individual doujinshi are on his site), but neither will ship outside Japan. Some cursory Googling produces suggestions here - that post is from 2009, though, so I've no idea how much is still accurate.
For downloading illegally, your best bet is probably Japanese P2P software, though you'd need to know enough Japanese to operate it and search for the right titles. I understand that some services also block access from non-Japanese IP addresses. I've never tried this myself.
I believe I said buy them, right? I won't download it illegaly. Problem is, I'm trying to find a website that sells the doujin and you can download it inmediately after buying it (besides, it will be really expensive if I somehow manage to find a way to import it in my country). And I'm not having any luck there.

Ah, sorry - I'd assumed that "and" should have been "or" in your original post, because I've never heard of an artist or circle that makes their paid stuff available electronically. I apologise for the implication.
(edited because I'm an idiot) ...except for the stuff available on DLsite, of course. How did I forget that? They used to mostly carry CG sets and software, but it seems they have a fair few Touhou albums and doujinshi these days as well.
The English site is easier to navigate if you don't know Japanese, but historically it had a smaller selection; that may or may not still be true. Neither site appears to carry any of Minazuki Noumu's stuff, though.

Hm... perhaps it would be useful to create a number of pools instead of just the one? Like "Touhou - If You had the Power to Wander into Gensokyo (Scarlet Mansion)" and "Touhou if you had the etc (Moriya)" and link them all from each other?
