I'm trying to think of what the right tagging would be here, I tagged "fellatio gesture", since the scenario of the picture is that Akane was seemingly giving male Ranma a blowjob, and during that process Ranma got transformed into female Ranma via P-chan pouring water onto Ranma. So Akane was left in the fellatio position without the dick, and would need to proceed with cunnilingus now to keep it going.
