This is an odd bit of work. The feet look mostly alright in terms of shape, but size-wise, they're too small. Further, the perspective and shape on the torso look strange.

It is perspective at play. Look carefully. Imagine a real girl doing the same pose and look at her leg from knee down. You will see it as if her let is shorter. Perhaps what he made a mistake with is: he could add a bit more contrast to create depth perception. Othewise, it is fine.
