It's because underneath the note, the artist actually wrote her name. You might be onto something, but it would be about the artist themselves.

If you look under the note (or at least, where it originally was, since a Platinum user deleted it), there's a little easter egg where her name is written into her hair. The annotation was meant for that. Similar to the easter egg for post #8296236 under their other account. No idea why it was deleted though and won't bother to restore it.
