"C'est il" > Means nothing in french

    "C'est lui" or "C'est elle" is better > "It's him / her"

The Japanese text says "it's here"
Aye, it's bad French. It should have been "C'est ici."

Isurus are Mako Sharks. For some reason, they wanted to use the specific name instead of the more common name.

It's it. C'est il don't mean anyting in french. The correct sentense should be "Ça y est."
    The man-eating sharks of Gensoukyo---
    This is it.
