Yes: ranguage. (There used to be specific "flench" and "gelman" tags, but they're just aliased to "ranguage" now.) Added, along with engrish for the "plesents".

I almost pictured if the scarlet mansion had to speak a language beside japanese, it would have been british english, certainly not french, well I guess french does fit patchy
