The tights she wore in SF 2-4 were more like pantyhose. They were intended to draw the eye to her legs because of the contrast to the rest of her blue outfit. And then she fully fucking revealed her legs in all their glory in SF 5.
And now, we come to the Street Fighter Sux era. Her body looks just as magnificent as ever, I'll admit. But, her new outfit is designed to draw far less attention to her legs. Her legs no longer stand out, they just…blend in and get lost in a wave of blue, nothing about the outfit really draws the eye to them.
Now she just looks like some chick in a kung fu outfit. Nothing special. Borringgg!
