Looks suspiciously like an artist who drew Weird Shit™ one time for a close personal friend, but somehow word of it got out and people won't stop requesting and commisioning more of said Weird Shit™ -- and price hikes were of limited help, because those commissioners had more money than good sense and simply forked it over. Maybe an entry on the "Will Not Draw" list would've worked better....
