I don't know if it's because of my monitor or what but I wasn't able to see all of the side text without fiddling with the image's brightness/contrast. Perhaps it's intentional? I dunno. It's all there, though. I added translation notes based on the translation on Anime Lyrics. Feel free to supplement a better translation if one exists.
