ok... question... if in wander last the planet blew up... how the heck did hello planet come into the picture?

It didn't really blow up in Wander last - it was pretty much destroyed, but not blown up. Unless you're talking about the 3D PV - that one isn't canon.

I'm pretty sure the songs don't have a canon, or at least the common definition of it.
