I’d say it still is, Keqing doesn’t even seem to be aware that Aether knows what happened. Nor is there any indication she knows that he was fucking Xianyun. So technically it’s cheating on both ends. Probably less so on Keqing’s part though as she was forced into being gangbanged.

I think it wouldn't matter even if Keqing knew he was aware of it. The cheating tag is applied to whenever one of the partners cheats on one another. So, if there's a relationship and one cheats, the tag remains.

I wasn’t really disputing if the tag stays or not. Just was answering their question on whether it would be considering cheating.

Don't forget that this is as well as every other Keqing and Eremite piece are all commissions. Someone paid for Nyantcha to draw that and they themselves stated that you can just view it as an alternate universe

Of course they could have decided to just not accept the commission but considering what the artist usually draws...
