"Osiedle" is Polish for a housing development/apartment complex. Given that, I would assume that other details, such as the brand of iced coffee, food truck, style of the knit mat, and possibly the breed of dog, are also Polish.
I tried searching on Google Maps for a specific "Osiedle Melodia", but didn't find any matches.
