Tawawa on Monday No. 508: Sh○tacon Elf
The most obvious possibility is Shotakon (attraction to young boys), referring to the elf appearing to be attracted to her young male companion; however, it could also be a play on how said elf's outfit has built-in underboob, or shitapai, in which case the meaning changes to shita(pai)kon, or "underboob fetish" (that is, what the boy could develop through constant exposure to the elf).
