First: Like a lot of posts in this pool, this one needs to be switched out with its parent. Not just because the parent one is higher quality, but also because it fixes a typo (this one refers to the dish as "Omelette" (オムレツ) instead of "Omurice" (オムライス)).
Second: There's probably a much better way of translating the "破ツ" that I'm not smart enough to figure out. I've copied over how post #7514807 translates the same phrase, given that they have similar jagged speech bubbles and bold fonts.
However, this comic seems to be doing wordplay on "Hearts" — 破, meaning "break" or "cut," is read in on'yomi as "ha" (は) — a pronunciation made clear by the ruby text "ハ" next to the kanji. I've included a ♡ in the note to capture that meaning, but it feels a little strange to include an emoticon when there wasn't one in the original comic.
Third: The onomatopoeia "スチャ..." confuses me. It isn't mentioned in the List of SFX or any of the external links. After a cursory Google search, I found two possible meanings:
