She’s dressed in traditional Ukrainian clothing of the Sumy region (my homeland). Also in the background you can see the painting by the Ukrainian artist Illya Ripyn "Vechornytsi" or "The Evening Party", 1881. The pose is taken from a Ukrainian folk dance💃
