From what I can read, Iku's talking to him about Halloween for some reason. I could read more, if I could see what some of the kanji were. Curse you, low res art. I think that the majority of the pool not being translated is the result of having way too small kanji. Can't these pixiv artists upload in bigger sizes for once?
