    今週は乳動説

Tawawa on Monday No.506: "On the Movements of the Orbs"

The title is a play on the manga Orb: On the Movements of the Earth (Japanese title: チ。―地球の運動について―)

    This week's topic: mammocentrism.
乳動説 is a pun on the Japanese names for the now-obsolete astronomical models of geocentrism (天動説) and heliocentrism (地動説).

I will give this to Volley-bu-chan, girl is dedicated to her "craft".

Maybe not the best thing to focus on, but she gives it her all.

I'm trying to identify what object Volley-bu-chan is holding, in case there's a tag for it.

I think she's holding a common "minibag" or somesuch, based on the glimpse in the bottom left. On a side note, it's a stand-in for the strange astronomical(?) instrument that is held up in the referenced manga's 1st volume cover.

It would be good to have a proper view of it at a different angle, though I'm not sure I could identify it as a minibag (or whatever the proper term is) even so. So that still leaves proper tagging of the object unresolved for now.

As for the instrument on the cover of Orb Vol. 1, that's apparently an astrolabe.

Badminton is not the most energetic sport.

There's always a nefarious purpose when "supporting" her during school sports.

Wait, I think I know what it is: a pencil bag, which makes sense for a student to have at school.

    Neat.
