This isn't uncensored. None of Skullbites material is censored in the first place because s/he hides it on her site to get around the censorship laws in japan.
Uncensored can mean... actually, it really means stuff that "is not censored" originally. It's just that the trend of photoshoppers et al that started redrawing censored parts gave birth to the "removing censure" meaning.

I know this is splitting hairs, but maybe Danbooru should differentiate between "uncensored" (not censored in the first place, or ambiguous/unknown) and "decensored" (censorship photoshopped out, original was censored by artist).
