This is actually Old Persian cuneiform.
There are three words (𐏐 being a separator), but none that correspond to anything known (at least not in dictionary form). It's also unlikely that it's a transliteration of Japanese, as the last word must be "TUU", but the first word could almost spell out Lunatic, missing the final syllable.
