神戸新聞は震災で本社屋とホストコンピュータ壊れても新聞発行してた不死鳥みたいな新聞社です。
チラシとクーポンが大量に挟まってるので便利。

On top of living in Hyougo prefecture I'm even a subscriber to The Kobe Shimbun, so I felt like I had to draw this. Imaichi-ko-san is pretty cute! If a girl like her came to my doorstep instead of the usual tired-looking middle-aged man, I'd pull her inside and s... sign up immediately! Hell, after looking at the original image [note: post #831330] long enough, even that started looking cute.

The Kobe Shimbun is a phoenix-like newspaper company that continued to publish despite their head office and their main computer systems being destroyed by the Koube earthquake. There are always a lot of flyers and coupons included with the newspaper, which is convenient.

Oh... someone put the name "Imai China" in the tags, that's even cuter...!
