Anna, the person that commissioned this piece, so much!! I guess I just enjoy a commission that much more if I know the person and like them a lot. XD

I was trying a new style of shading on this piece, mainly to make the colors more vivid versus my continued use of "slightly muted" colors. Overall, muted colors just don't match my style, no matter how much I love them. ;_____; One main difference is that I used to just paint shades with my brush on "Normal." I decided I'd go back to my old school use of "Multiply." I hadn't used it on that setting for general shading in so long. I tried hard to avoid it, but you know what, it worked REALLY well on this piece. And actually made some of it a lot easier for me instead of trying to find the exact hue I needed to make the shade work. Sweating a little...

The points I like most are the folds in the priest's dress (though the leaves shading kills it a little bit....) and the monk's coat (again the leaves shading kills this, too....). Sigh, everything I like most, YOU CAN'T SEEEE.....

Oh well, I still really like this piece a lot. So does Anna. Heart
