Most likely an error with nazrin's hands since she's supposed to be holding them.
Anyway, nazrin must have felt nice..

Doesn't look like they're being held so much as being clamped in between Nazurin and Kogasa somehow.

As the tags now reflect, it's a haniwa figure, which cactaurs were designed to resemble. I also see Meiling's "dragon" star, but I don't believe there's a tag for it. (Probably hasn't been a real need for it, either.)

Nazrin's two arms are in front of her, holding the dowsing rods. Kogasa has her left hand on Nazrin's belly and her right on Nazrin's shoulder.
