all three answers will be my best guess as far as pronunciation goes. They seem to be referring to places irl, not from the anime, judging by the wiki. Unfortunately, the names are fairly generic so they'd be hard to find. They may be different restaurants as Jirou is a famous ramen shop and Ten'ichi can be a place that serves tenpura in Ginza
