I guess... And his name is kinda retarded. It should be 'von' not 'fon' and it basicly means 'of' so his name is something like Captain Basch of Ronsenberg of Dalmasca which may make a sense if Rosenberg is a city and Dalmasca is a state but why then is his name in both english and wannabe german? Or am I missing something? Eh... Im overthinking it a little.
