Well, she's got a whole cake for herself...

But as a Ghost Yuyuko can't get fat! and I'm sure Eirin has a drug or two for weight.

Yuyuko is a ghost and Kanako is a goddess (even tho she's just a native god) so they're fine.
A youkai (~3000+), a human (~2000+) and a Lunarian (6187k+1) on the other hand have a lot of stuffs to care about to maintain their beauty.
